It will all depends on what kind of decoration you pick, prices in the Dominican Republic are different from the United Stated or Europe prices, and yes they cost more here.

To leave your house ready you’ll spend around 10k to 25k us dollars.

How long does it takes to get my house ready?

Normally it will take you at least 2/3 months and a few trips to the Dominican Republic. With us it will take less than a month and no trip to the DR until your house is ready.
